    About the Founder

    Ms. Suhasini Lele

    Suhasini Lele is a counselling psychologist who believes healing doesn't begin with answers—it begins with feeling safe enough to ask the questions.


    Her approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy, gently shifting focus away from fixing and toward something quieter: building a kinder, fuller relationship with who you already are. Guided by trauma-informed care, she offers presence, patience, and steady support for those moving through emotional pain, trauma, or life's harder transitions.


    In her space, you don't have to arrive with the right words or perform wellness. You just have to show up. The rest, you work through together.

    Ms. Rutuja Ahire

    Rutuja Ahire is a Counselling Psychologist who offers depth-oriented therapy for individuals and couples. Her work focuses on supporting adults through emotional challenges such as anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, fertility-related stress, and significant life transitions. She views therapy not as a quick fix, but as a process of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel truly heard and understood. Through thoughtful exploration of emotions, patterns, and personal experiences, she supports clients in developing greater emotional awareness, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.
