The name MindBubbles was inspired by the way emotions often arise—like bubbles—each with its own shape, size, and color. Sometimes they appear one at a time, and other times in groups, but always with the potential to move and shift. Emotions, like bubbles, don’t need to be chased, controlled, or acted upon. Instead, they can be noticed, acknowledged, and allowed to pass. In this space, we learn to witness our emotions with care, giving them the attention they need—without letting them take over.
MindBubbles Therapy, guided by Suhasini Lele, offers a gentle, supportive space where healing begins with feeling. Rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy and informed by trauma-informed care, we believe that emotions are not problems to fix, but messengers to understand.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm, we meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and care. In this space, you’re not expected to have it all figured out—you’re simply invited to begin.
Therapy here is about honoring your pace, understanding your inner world, and making space for growth—one step, one feeling at a time.
Suhasini Lele is a counselling psychologist who embodies a deep trust in the power of emotional honesty and human connection. Her approach is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes that healing is not about fixing ourselves but about developing a fuller relationship with who we already are. Through trauma-informed care, she provides presence, gentleness, and steady support to those navigating emotional pain, trauma, or life transitions—offering therapy as a space to feel seen, heard, and held.
